Let's give it up for BBQing!
Today before work I barbequed a big fat steak and man it was fantastic. My brother picked up a jar of the Club House Montreal Steak Spice Rub and it is the shit.
Here is the recipe I made in order to have the best before work steak barby that I have had in a while.
Ingredo's
- 2 tsp of the Steak Spice Rub (shown above)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped up
- couple squirts worchestershire sauce
- couple squirts Franks Red Hot sauce.
- black pepper
Comine all that in a bowl and then smoother it over a nice slab of beef. Let it marinate for 1/2 hour to 1 hour and then grill it until it is done the way you like. Really good. I served my steak with some grilled onion and mushroom. Try it, trust me.
On a side note. This month the E3 festival is going on in Los Angeles. This is where all the new games from every company are displayed. I just saw a game preview of the new Halo 2 mulitplayer map Zanzabar - or Hell On Earth as it's called in the game. I was litterally blown away. The detail is out of this world and I cannot wait for this game to come out. You can check it out at

I think My Feet Stink but only today.
Hey Folks, This is the first and maybe the last entry into this blog. Work sucks balls today, it is really hot outside and really cold inside the Teletech. It's not too busy today so that good I guess. Nuff shop talk though.
Today, after two weeks of waiting, I finally received my check from the Guv'ment for my Income Tax Return. It was swell and I am officially 1400 bucks richer. Now, 1400 dollars does seem like a lot of money and I do have some ideas on what I want to do with that money, but I must remain stead fast and not blow a large chunk of that cash on beer or other fun stuff that will only last me till the end of the weekend. I want to spend it on somthing that I've wanted for a while, and also pay off some bills that have been a pain in the a$$ for the last couple of years, namely a Credit Card. What would you do with that kind of cash all at once?
Well, back to work.
